PURPOSE: A device for transferring baggage at high speed is provided to prevent damage due to fall of luggage and time delay to handle the damage since luggage is loaded on the tub of a high-speed transfer unit accurately and quickly. CONSTITUTION: A device for transferring baggage at high speed comprises a first transfer unit(100), a first sensor, a transfer vessel, a second transfer unit(200), and a second sensor. The first transfer unit transfers luggage to a first position. The first sensor detects the presence of luggage on the first transfer unit. The transfer vessel loads the luggage. The second transfer unit transfers the transfer vessel holding the luggage fallen to a second position from the first position, to a third position. The second sensor detects the presence of the transfer vessel on the second transfer unit.
