PURPOSE: Scorched rice containing dried radish leaves and fermented soybeans, food using thereof, and producing method thereof are provided to offer the functionality of the dried radish leaves to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of scorched rice containing dried radish leaves and fermented soybeans comprises the following steps: soaking rice in water for 30 minutes, and cooking the rice before cooling at room temperature(S1); washing radish leaves, steaming the radish leaves at 100 deg C for 8-12 minutes, and drying the radish leaves at 40 deg C for 50-70 minutes before cutting(S2); boiling soybeans in 100 deg C water after washing for 3.5-4.5 hours; fermenting the soybeans at 35 deg C for 55-65 hours after cooling to obtain the fermented soybeans, and drying the fermented soybeans at 40 deg C for 35-37 hours before crushing into 120 meshes to obtain fermented soybean powder(S3); and adding the rice, the dried radish leaves, and the fermented soybean powder into a rice scorching machine to obtain the scorched rice(S4).
