The invention refers to transport industry and it can be used in railway transport and in motor vehicle. The goal of the invention is to increase safety of train and motor transport traffic in the zones of level crossings. The goal was reached by offered device comprising the first part that is installed in a train and contains a satellite communication receiver (1), an information receiving block (2), a receiving antenna (3), an information output block (4), a braking block of a locomotive (5), a data storage block with an input of base programming (6), an information generating block (7), a block detecting the nearest level crossing on the route for a train and a transmitting antenna; the second part of the device is installed in a motor vehicle and contains a satellite communication receiver (10), an information receiving block (11), a receiving antenna (12), an information output block (13), a block detecting the nearest level crossing on the route for motor vehicle (14), a data storage block with an input of base programming (15), a manual emergency fixation block (16), an information generating block (17) and a transmitting antenna of motor vehicle (18); the third part of the device is being installed at a checkpoint of a level crossing and contains a receiving antenna (19), an information receiving block (20), a probable collision detection block (21), a jamming detection block of motor vehicle (22), a warning information generating block (23), an emergency information generating block (24), an information generating block (25), and a transmitting antenna (26). |
