PURPOSE: A guardrail structure having reinforced shock absorbing and shape restoring properties is provided to prevent a vehicle from becoming separated from a guardrail in a collision. CONSTITUTION: A guardrail structure having reinforced shock absorbing and shape restoring properties comprises a corrugated guardrail(30), a first elastic member(10), a post(20), and fastening members(40). The corrugated guardrail absorbs shock energy from a vehicle. The first elastic member absorbs the shock energy transferred from the guardrail and has multiple hollows and one or more fastening holes. The post is fixed to the groud and absorbs the shock energy transferred from the first elastic member. The fastening members fasten the guardrail to the post through the first elastic member.
