PURPOSE: A wing-type remodeling device for a soundproof wall and a remodeling method for a soundproof wall using the same are provided to improve the exterior of a soundproof wall through a cost-efficient and environmental-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: A wing-type remodeling device(1) for a soundproof wall comprises a joint part(10), an inclined part(20), and a vertical part(30). The joint part is coupled to a soundproof wall installed in a roadside. One end of the inclined part is fixed to the joint part, and the other end is downward extended to a road. One end of the vertical part is connected to the other end of the inclined part, and the other end is vertically extended downward.
