FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in experimental animal formed is burn of cornea by hydrochloric acid solution. Trepan lumen for transplantation of cornea with diameter not less than 2 mm is filled with tampon and is impregnated with 10% hydrochloric acid, trepan is installed on 20 seconds on central or paracentral zone of cornea, providing contact of tampon and cornea. After that on 3-4 day after operation by trepan for cornea transplantation in place of burn cut out is disk of cornea on 1/2 of its width, separated and removed. ^ EFFECT: simplification of modeling due to exclusion of difficult microsurgical methods, as well as elimination of damage to other eye structures due to local dosed influence, with reduction of terms of adequate model obtaining. ^ 3 cl, 3 ex |
