CONSTITUTION: A second magnetic bearing(127a) is inserted into a second rail(123). The second magnetic bearing operates in a second direction. A second magnet block(127b) surrounds the second magnetic bearing. A third magnetic bearing is inserted into a third rail. The third magnetic bearing operates in a third direction. The third magnet block surrounds the third magnetic bearing.
