PURPOSE: A network simulation device and a method for testing a network including BSP-NCP are provided to perform performance and function evaluation of BSP-NCP through the network, thereby easily testing the performance and the function of BSP-NCP. CONSTITUTION: A database stores MIB(Management Information Base) information for virtual construction and operation of a network. CLI(Command Line Interface) interface(220) receives stimulation command of a user or outputs stimulation result value. By responding the stimulation command, a CLI processing unit(230) stimulates access authentication of subscriber using BEP-NCP(Business Service Provider-Network Control Platform) after virtual construction of the network through the MIB information. |
