PURPOSE: A piezoelectric type scan device and touch screen device using the same are provided to simply configure and install a piezoelectric type scan device through the light of the scan device instead of an infrared light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber(110) is connected to a light source and supplies a transferring line for transmitting the light of the light source. A supporter(120) supports the side of the optical fiber and supports the pivot axis of the optical fiber. A driver(130) locates between the supporter and the light source and supplies driving force for rotating the optical fiber based on piezoelectric power. A detector(103) receives light reflected to from the objects through the optical fiber and measures distance. The support includes a hole which the optical fiber penetrates.
