PURPOSE: A magnet assembly of a linear motor for a compressor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve adhesion of a lower structure with an upper structure, thereby arranging uniform magnetic flux without mobility of a magnet. CONSTITUTION: An inner wall is formed by winding a first winding member on a mold(S110). A position determination ring installs in the bottom surface of a surface in which the first winding member is wound(S120). A plurality of magnets is welded on the central surface of the surface in which the first winding member is wound(S130). An upper structure is mounted on the upper end surface of the surface in which the first winding member is wound(S140). An outer wall is formed by winding a second winding member on an outer surface(S150). A compressed film is wound on the outer wall(S160). A magnet assembly is solidified(S170).
