<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component feeder for feeding a screw to a hand of an operator performing a screw fastening operation, which prevents the operator from forgetting about fastening the screw. <P>SOLUTION: The component feeder 1 includes: a feeding unit 2 for quantitatively feeding the many stored screws; a take-out unit 3 in which the small components fed from the feeding unit 2 are temporarily stored and from which the small components can be manually taken out by the operator; and a control unit 4 which detects the amount of the supply of the screws to the take-out unit 3, which makes the amount of the supply of the screws displayed on a display section 26, and which receives a screw fastening completion signal from an electric screw fastening machine so as to make the number of times of screw fastening completion displayed on the display section 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
