The invention relates to a system for the individual roasting of coffee beans, using a roasting process comprising the mixing of pressurised air and heat from a spiral electric resistor at the upper outlet of the Venturi tube together with individual coffee beans in the lower part of a conical feed hopper during a flotation roasting process. The system includes a sub-system for recycling the hot air for roasting, allowing the air to be cleaned with solids and the heat energy to be recycled, producing zero white smoke, black smoke or soot emissions and minimal NOx, SOx or CO2 gaseous components, with a satisfactory level of electrical energy efficiency provided by the overall configuration of the heating and thermal components and the heat energy recycling system together with the synchronisation of the electrical roasting/cooling temperature, time and airflow devices used in the roasting process. |
