PURPOSE: An oil jet having two-stage check valve is provided to evenly spray oil at a uniform oil pressure and flow by a two-stage check valve even in case of supplying a high pressure oil over a proper range for oil pressure. CONSTITUTION: An oil jet(1) having two-stage check valve comprises a check valve(10) and a nozzle(20). The check valve comprises first and second pistons(200,300). The first piston is elastically supported in a valve body(100). The first piston switches an oil passage to supply the oil supplied within a proper pressure range for oil pressure to the nozzle. The second piston is elastically supported in the first piston. The second piston switches an oil passage to drain the oil supplied over a proper pressure range for oil pressure.
