The system has a sub-collection system (101) for collecting a parameter e.g. geo-location parameter, representing characteristics of a user. Distance calculation and call generation sub system (103) calculates distance between the parameter and another parameter corresponding to another user. The sub system (103) includes an acquisition module (1033) for acquisition of linking rules of users based on previously realized linking. Call managing and presenting system (104) establishes communication between two terminals when the distance attains a predetermined threshold. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for establishing a communication between terminals held by users in a communication network (2) a computer program product downloadable from a communication network and/or stored on a medium readable by a computer and/or executed by a microprocessor, comprising program code instructions for executing a method for establishing communication between terminals of users.
