<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED module capable of uniforming a light quantity and a luminescent color. <P>SOLUTION: An LED module A1 includes: a substrate 1; a plurality of LED chips arranged on a main surface 1a of the substrate 1; and a drive circuit chip 3 for driving the LED chips while provided on the substrate 1. The LED module A1 further includes: a first heat dissipating part 4 provided on a back face 1b of the substrate 1 and overlapping with the LED chips in view in a thickness direction of the substrate 1; and a second heat dissipating part 5 provided at a position closer to the drive circuit chip 3 as compared with the first heat dissipating part 4.
