<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer laminate reflective polarizing film suitable as a polarizing plate to be stuck to a liquid crystal cell, which has high polarization performance comparable to that of conventional absorptive polarizing plates and a function as a brightness enhancement film for reflecting and reusing polarized light not transmitted through the film, and dissolves hue deviation of transmitted light from light incident in an oblique direction; and to provide an optical member for a liquid crystal device comprising the same, and a liquid crystal device. <P>SOLUTION: The reflective polarizing film for a polarizing plate to be stuck to a liquid crystal cell is a reflective polarizing film comprising a uniaxially stretched multilayer laminate film, where a film surface is made into a reflective surface to have an average reflectance of 95% or higher at a wavelength of 400 to 800 nm for incident polarized light at an incident angle of 0° and 50° with respect to a polarized component parallel with an incident surface including a uniaxial stretching direction (an X direction), and the film surface is made into a reflective surface to have an average reflectance of 12% or lower at a wavelength of 400 to 800 nm for incident polarized light at an incident angle of 0° and 50° with respect to a polarized component perpendicular to the incident surface including the X direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
