<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device capable of improving visibility of content without increasing operation burdens of a user. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the information display device has: storage means; a display; display processing means; a camera; gazing point detection means; area determination means; and change means. The storage means stores a specific area to be set in the content, and content data in which processing associated with the specific area is defined. The display processing means displays the content on the display based on the content data. The gazing point detection means detects a gazing point of the user to the content based on an image of the user who watches the content displayed on the display photographed with the camera.
