<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled tile carpet which has a high recycle ratio, an excellent warping performance and dimensional stability, and a high quality with ease at a low price. <P>SOLUTION: Cutting powder scraped away from a waste tile carpet 1 backed with a vinyl chloride resin is microground, and a micro ground product having a small amount of vinyl chloride resin component is scattered on a releasable belt traveling continuously to form a backing layer 3 of the tile carpet at a low temperature of 180°C or below. Alternatively, the powder is molded into a long sheet-shaped product, thereby forming the backing layer of the tile carpet. Further, a reinforcing layer 4 impregnated with a resin for satisfying the dimensional stability is stacked at a predetermined place, so that the recycle resin composition weight of the total weight of the tile carpet may 50% or above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
