<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern projection three-dimensional measurement device capable of calculating boundary reliability with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measurement device projects pattern light on an object body so as to calculate three-dimensional shape information on the object body by reflection pattern light reflected by the object body. The three-dimensional measurement device comprises: an imaging unit that takes, as first image data, an image of reflection pattern light having a stripe pattern in which a bright part and a dark part are alternately arranged and takes, as second image data, an image of reflection pattern light having a negative stripe pattern in which the bright part and the dark part of the stripe pattern are reversed; a determination unit that determines a boundary position of the bright part and the dark part based on the first image data and the second image data; and a reliability calculation unit that calculates reliability indicating accuracy of the boundary position based on the relation between a first luminance gradient of the first image data and a second luminance gradient of the second image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
