<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gloss processor capable of continuously changing gloss on the surface of a sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A gloss processor performs a gloss processing by moving together a sheet and a film 8 relative to a thermal head 6 in a nip part N, the sheet on which an image is formed, and heating/pressing a thermal plastic resin material carried on the image-forming surface of the sheet P to transfer a form of the film surface.
