<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and inexpensive flat circuit body with excellent bending durability. <P>SOLUTION: The flat circuit body 1 comprises an odd number of first flat conductors 3, a plurality of second flat conductors 4 having a width narrower than that of the first flat conductor 3, and an insulating coating 6 integrally coating the first flat conductors 3 and the plural second flat conductors 4 in parallel to each other at appropriate intervals on a flat surface.
