<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-air heater for vehicle that uses an electromagnetic induction heating means and has small influence of an electromagnetic field on human bodies. <P>SOLUTION: The warm-air heater for vehicle is provided with a magnetic shield 3 having a conductive metal mesh at the outlet 2 of a warm-air generating chamber 1 that is a heat-resistant cylindrical body containing a highly permeable material. On the inner surface of the warm-air generating chamber 1 with a toroidal coil 6 spirally wound in an annular insulating cylindrical body 5. On the inside of the toroidal coil 6, a hollow magnetic cylindrical body 7 made of a magnetic metal material provided not in contact with the toroidal coil 6 by the insulating cylindrical body 5. A plurality of metallic heat-releasing plates 4 fixed at its center part by the magnetic cylindrical body 7 via support rods 8 and 9. The plates being formed in trapezoid fan shapes expanding radially outward, and deformable by wind power, are fixed to cover the outlet 2 from the inside of the warm-air generating chamber 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
