<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous press-cutting method of a tile carpet capable of cutting the carpet in a state of a rolled web, and eliminating any loss in its longitudinal direction. <P>SOLUTION: A tile carpet cutting machine includes an elevating/lowering press blade mechanism which is constituted of press blades for cutting a lower side, for cutting a right longitudinal side, and for cutting a left longitudinal side. In the continuous press-cutting method of the tile carpet, a cut face of an upper side is shared with a cut face of a lower side of the next cutting shot by cutting the tile carpet by the tile carpet cutting machine. Thus, the carpet of the predetermined length including the cutting margin need not be sent in the longitudinal direction for the next cutting, and any loss in the longitudinal direction can be eliminated thereby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
