<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device for restraining a change in damper force, a transport device and a recording device having such a damper device. <P>SOLUTION: The damper device is provided for operating a stopper 140 with a time difference to a releasing position for regulating the movement from a regulating position for regulating the movement to paper, and includes a base 110 having a first sliding surface SP along the moving direction of the paper and a slider 120 having a second sliding surface TP opposed via a viscous member G to the first sliding surface and sliding between a first position for positioning the stopper in the regulating position and a second position for positioning the stopper in the releasing position. When at least the slider slides and is positioned in any one of the first position or the second position, a clearance area S for storing the viscous member between the base and the slider is formed in a position corresponding to a front side end part in the sliding direction of the slider. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
