<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient electromagnetic field probe having a simple single probe structure, capable of detecting both a detailed electromagnetic field with high spatial resolution and a wide-range electromagnetic field with high sensitivity at the same time or appropriately, allowing a desired electromagnetic field detection to be easily achieved in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic field probe comprises an electromagnetic field detection part 1A at an end, a first signal line 1a extending from the detection part 1A, a first transmission line 1 having a first ground conductor 1c arranged along the extended direction of the first signal line 1a through an insulation, a common current shutoff mechanism 4 arranged at the first transmission line 1 to shut off a common current output of the first transmission line 1, and a second transmission line 2 having an extended second signal line 2a with one end connected to a part between the detection part 1A of the first ground conductor 1c and the common current shutoff mechanism 4.
