PURPOSE: An air drying apparatus is provided to minimize the content of moisture by implementing a cooling process after a heating process and implementing a regenerating process under the low saturated state of moisture. CONSTITUTION: Direction reversing valves(30, 31, 32, 33) selectively differential-pressurizing compressed wet-air(WA) to dehumidifying and regenerating tanks(10, 20). The moisture of the wet-air is eliminated to become dry-air in the dehumidifying and regenerating tanks. Two pneumatic valves(40, 50) are installed in the dehumidifying and regenerating tanks and discharge wet vapor generated from a regenerating process and to the outside. Valves(70, 71, 72, 73) are installed at the lower side of the dehumidifying and regenerating tanks and prevent the mix of the dry air and regenerating air. A heater(80) heats the compressed wet-air and circulates the compressed wet-air to a regenerating tank. A cooler(110) and a separator(120) pass the wet air through the heated regenerating tank such that heated air is cooled and circulated.
