<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for forming a ceiling face, a mounting structure of the panel for forming the ceiling face, an air conditioning unit, and an air conditioning system capable of meeting the recent trend toward a thiner suspension-type panel for forming the ceiling face in recent years. <P>SOLUTION: This heat medium-type panel 20 includes a panel body 200 having a raised wall 204 raised at a panel back side, and an inner hook 20b projecting to an inner face of the raised wall 204, and a pipe 21 disposed at a back side of the panel body 200 for circulating a heat medium.
