PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product purchase support device and the like capable of reducing the possibility that a user misses a privilege that is receivable if the user purchases a few more products.

SOLUTION: A privilege receivable in purchasing a product, a privilege application condition required for applying the privilege, and a process condition to be satisfied in the process until the satisfaction of the privilege application condition are held for each privilege as privilege information. Then, based on selected product information on a product selected by a user, if it is determined that the process condition is satisfied and the privilege application condition is not satisfied, the privilege application condition is presented to the user.
