<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a candidate patrol route on which a worker patrols a plurality of patrol destinations, satisfying requirements in the patrol destinations. <P>SOLUTION: The candidate patrol route creation device 10 includes: a candidate creation section 14a for creating candidate patrol routes on which a worker patrols customers within a prescribed period on the basis of the moving time between customers that have a device to be worked on, the time required for the work, the skill required for execution of the work and the skill possessed by the worker; and a narrowing section 14b for narrowing down the candidate patrol routes created by the candidate creation section 14a on the basis of the availability of equipment required for the work at all the patrol destinations contained in the patrol routes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
