<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which reduces repelling of an oriented film solution on a coated film or a pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition includes a resin, a titanium compound and a solvent, in which the resin is an addition polymer including a structural unit derived from at least one type selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride and a structural unit derived from a monomer having 2-4C cyclic ethers and a carbon-carbon unsaturated double bond, and the content of the structural unit derived from a monomer having the 2-4C cyclic ethers and the carbon-carbon unsaturated double bond is between 2 mol% and 95 mol% with respect to the total amount of the structural units forming the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
