<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio communication device which makes easier to identify a cause of communication failure during communication by accurately detecting a fault during communication and making an operator recognize the fault quickly. <P>SOLUTION: A decoding processing unit 11 performs decoding processing to input data. A decoding determination unit 12 determines whether the decoding processing has been a success or not. A test determination unit 131 determines whether a fault diagnostic test can be performed based on a time period until next communication data is input. A test data acquisition unit 132 acquires test data which has a size that can be finished by the time when next data is input, and outputs the test data to the decoding processing unit 11.
