<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication control system, a device and a program, and a base station which avoid repeating connection processing if a user of a radio communication device written in user information in advance has cancelled a communication contract in high-speed radio communication. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication control system of the invention constitutes a radio communication network, together with a radio communication device which performs connection processing to the radio communication network. The radio communication control system comprises: a base station which notifies the radio communication device of a disconnection signal if it detects a failure in connection processing by the radio communication device; and radio communication control means which monitors the state of the radio communication device and controls the operation of the radio communication device, and if the radio communication control means has received a result of connection processing from the radio communication device, the result of connection processing being a connection failure, and it has been notified of a disconnection signal by the base station, stops the radio communication device from performing communication operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
