<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic display device capable of displaying an optimum three-dimensional (3D) image in use under water and on land. <P>SOLUTION: A stereoscopic display device includes an under-water detection part, a 3D display part to display right and left images with a parallax to obtain a 3D image at a predetermined distance, and a 3D display controller to change a viewing distance of the 3D display part according to a detection result of the under-water detection part. The stereoscopic display device changes a pixel pair displaying the right and left images of the 3D display part according to the detection result of the under-water detection part, thereby changes the viewing distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
