<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor for generating a program that is hard to be analyzed so that encrypted data is not easily decrypted. <P>SOLUTION: Encrypted data is generated by applying an encryption function acquired by an encryption function acquisition part 102 to data acquired by a data acquisition part 101 in a data encryption part 103. On the basis of the generated encrypted data and a decryption function acquired by a decryption function acquisition part 104, integrated data not directly including information showing the decryption function is generated.
