<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composite material molding die that can produce the die regardless of the size of an autoclave. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing a composite material molding die includes: a process for creating constituent members 1a and 1b, comprising a step of forming an upper surface 3 of a core material 2 to a shape corresponding to the shape of a molding, a step of forming stages 5a an 5b on a side surface 4 of the core material 2 facing another core material 2, a step of laminating an uncured composite material on the surface of the core material 2 and curing the material to form a composite material layer 8, and a step of forming a tapered part 10 on the composite material layer 8 located on another surface, which is perpendicular to the side surface 4, of the core material 2; a process for coating an adhesive agent on the side surface 4 and connecting the constituent members; a process for laminating the uncured composite material on the tapered part 10, arranging a heat source 16 on the composite material, and curing the composite material; and a process for polishing the surface of the connected constituent members 1a and 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
