<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of improving a magnetic balance, by extension, improving a rotation performance. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 20 is configured so that a plurality of magnets 24 of one magnetic pole are arranged in a circumferential direction of a rotor core 23, a salient pole 23a formed on the rotor core 23 is arranged between the respective magnets 24 with an air gap K, and that the salient pole 23a functions as the other magnetic pole. Magnet side slits 23d extending from the magnets 24 to a radial inner end part of the rotor core 23 in a radial direction are formed radially inside the magnets 24 in the rotor core 23. Salient pole side slits 23e extending to the radial inner end part of the rotor core 23 in the radial direction are formed radially inside the salient pole 23a in the rotor core 23. A non-magnetic member 22 coupling the radial inner end parts in the rotor core 23 separated in the circumferential direction by the magnet side slits 23d and the salient pole side slits 23e is provided radially inside the rotor core 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
