Magnet side slits 23d extending from the magnets 24 to a radial inner end part of the rotor core 23 in a radial direction are formed radially inside the magnets 24 in the rotor core 23. Salient pole side slits 23e extending to the radial inner end part of the rotor core 23 in the radial direction are formed radially inside the salient pole 23a in the rotor core 23.
