<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type safety device applicable to combustible gas like hydrogen gas in which impact pressure generated in backfire instantly vanishes, and easy in resetting. <P>SOLUTION: A safety device body 1 includes therein a spindle 26 urged by a spindle spring 31 toward an inflow port 2. The spindle is held by a cutoff sleeve 46 in a state moved toward an outflow port 3. An impact plate 51 is provided in the safety device body facing the outflow port, and the impact plate is connected to the cutoff sleeve. When backfire occurs at the outflow port side, the impact plate moves by impact pressure, and the cutoff sleeve releases the holding of the spindle to move the spindle to a position for closing the outflow port. The spindle is connected to a reset ring 58 provided on an outer periphery of the safety device body and moves the spindle toward the outflow port by the reset ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
