<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly extract an image of a layer construction of interest such as the muscularis mucosae for example. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processing device 22 of an OCT processor 400 includes: a Fourier transformation section 410 which generates tomographic information of a measurement subject from an interference signal; a logarithmic conversion section 420 which generates input image data by logarithmic conversion of the tomographic information of the measurement subject; a low-frequency filtering section 430 which generates first intermediate image data by performing low-frequency bandpass filtering on the input image data; a high-frequency filtering section 440 which generates second intermediate image data by performing high-frequency bandpass filtering on the input image data; an AND section 450 which generates AND image data by extracting overlapping portions of the first and the second intermediate image data; and an AND image data construction section 460 which generates a display image for a monitor device 500 from the AND image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
