<p>A die seat device used for wire-drawing. The die seat device comprises a die seat body (33) having a die seat hole (46). A drawing die (41) is mounted in the die seat hole (46). A lubricating material storage slot (31) is disposed on the die seat body (33) at the entrance end of the drawing die (41). A die seat cooling cavity is disposed on the die seat body (33). A cooling liquid outlet (38) and a cooling liquid inlet (39) are in communication with the die seat cooling cavity. In the device, a cooling liquid channel, the drawing die, and the lubricating material storage slot (31) are isolated from one another, and no leakage occurs. The device improves the cooling and lubricating effects. Products produced by using the device have high quality.</p> |
