<p>The invention relates to a safeguarding arrangement in order to prevent fluids, gaseous or liquid, from escaping in an unforeseen or uncontrolled manner into a body of water, e.g. from a fault (14) in the bottom (15) of the body of water or from the defective ascending pipeline (16) of a borehole. The safeguarding arrangement has a cupola-like membrane (12), which is impermeable to the fluid, and also individually navigable floats (17), which are fitted on the membrane (12) and are intended for positioning and stabilizing the membrane (12). An outlet hose (102) for discharging the fluid is mounted on the membrane. It is also the case that the outlet hose has individually navigable floats (17) for positioning and stabilizing it.</p> |
