Disclosed is a receiving apparatus for processing an analog baseband signal in an information terminal communicating using dielectric. The receiving terminal comprises: an electrode for receiving an electric field signal induced in a dielectric; a first gain controller for amplifying the received signal and controlling the gain thereof; a channel selecting filter for selecting only a signal corresponding to a reception channel bandwidth from the gain-controlled signal; a second gain controller for amplifying the selected signal and controlling the gain thereof; a comparator for converting a signal output from the second gain controller into a digital signal; an over-sampler for oversampling the digital signal using a higher frequency (f) than a reception channel frequency (f); and a demodulator for demodulating the oversampled signal; and a clock generator for providing a clock required for the over-sampler and the demodulator.
