PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase opportunity for a user who uses a credit card to correct a payment.

SOLUTION: A sales detail information storage unit 34 stores sales detail information indicating sales by a credit card of a user. A user specifying unit 38 specifies the user on the basis of data received from a user terminal. A detail page generation unit 40 generates a sales detail page with a scheduled billing amount to the user written thereon on the basis of the sales detail information in response to a request from the user terminal. A detail page transmission unit 42 transmits the sales detail page generated by the detail page generation unit 40 to the user terminal. When receiving predetermined data from the user terminal through the sales detail page, a payment correction unit 48 corrects an amount to be paid by the user in the sales detail information by decreasing the amount.
