<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the carrying out of unnecessary maintenance of coloring state detecting means. <P>SOLUTION: The transaction slip handing device comprises a transaction slip printing portion 22 printing various information on a transaction slip, coloring state detecting means 26 detecting a coloring state of the transaction slip, and a control portion 20 making the transaction slip printing portion print the various information. When a print instruction of the printing pattern for checking the coloring state of the transaction slip is inputted from a control device, the control portion makes the transaction slip printing portion pint plural kinds of printing patterns having density difference, within a range through which the coloring state detecting means passes, on the transaction slip, and outputs a detection signal indicating the detection state of the plural kinds of the printing patterns by the coloring state detecting means to the control device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
