<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive gas measuring device capable of preventing a radioactive ray detector from being damaged by sample gas and reducing measurement errors due to a difference between pressures working on the two faces of an incidence window. <P>SOLUTION: By providing an external atmosphere intake-transfer unit 27 of a radioactive ray detecting system 2 with a flow rate controller 28 and a piping unit 30 with an electromagnetic valve 31, flows of external atmosphere and sample gas are made more controllable, the sample gas is prevented from flowing back toward a radioactive ray detector 26, and the flow rate of the external atmosphere introduced between an incidence window 24 and a scintillator 25 is so adjusted as to bring the pressure of the external atmosphere working on the incidence window 24 on the scintillator 25 side closer to the pressure of the sample gas working on the incidence window 24 on a sample vessel 22 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
