<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving control device capable of controlling an apparatus to be in an energy saving state in a range that satisfies an energy saving policy of a whole organization. <P>SOLUTION: The energy saving control device 1000 includes: an apparatus state collection part 60 for acquiring an operation state from an apparatus 200 to be controlled energy saving; an apparatus state prediction part 20 for predicting a future operation state of the apparatus 200 according to a predetermined prediction system based on the operation state; an energy saving effect optimization part 30 for determining a future control state of the apparatus 200 based on the predicted future operation state of the apparatus 200; an organization policy compatibility determination part 40 for determining whether or not the determined future control state of the apparatus 200 matches an organization energy saving policy of an organization using the apparatus 200; and an apparatus state control part 50 for controlling the apparatus 200 to be in the future control state which is determined to match the organization energy saving policy by the organization policy compatibility determination part 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
