<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize objective evaluation of a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>emission amount corresponding to a travel speed of a vehicle and a distance. <P>SOLUTION: Taking a change of a travel state specific to the vehicle into consideration, from a total of travel time in moving time, a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>emission suppression amount calculation system calculates an average speed, and performs a calculation of the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>emission amount by multiplying the travel distance by a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>emission amount coefficient of each speed.
