<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus to allow only a receiver intended by a sender to access to a facsimile message. <P>SOLUTION: A secure print box (SPB, control apparatus) 20 includes a function 55 to receive a facsimile message; a function 51 to notify receipt of the facsimile message to an user's address which is a destination of the facsimile message; an authentication function 52 to authenticate an user of the destination of the facsimile message when authentication information is given in a close distance; a function 53 to display at least a part of the facsimile message by the authentication of the authentification function; a power supply control function 57 to start power supply to a printer 11 by the authentification of the authentification function and an input of a print instruction in a close distance; and a function 54 to output the facsimile message from the printer with paper by the authentification of the authentification function and the input of the print instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
