<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost illuminating device capable of responding to a request when desiring to increase a luminescence frequency or a light quantity, and an image measuring apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: An illuminating device for stroboscopically illuminating an object to be measured comprises: multiple stroboscopic light sources 31A and 31B; a trigger transmission part 32 for controlling luminescence timing of the stroboscopic light sources 31A and 31B; multiple input parts 34A and 34B for receiving input of light from each stroboscopic light source in a state that a light inputting side is divided into multiple sides in response to multiple stroboscopic light sources; and a light guide path 34 having a single outputting part 34C for coaxially outputting the light input into the input part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
