<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of bisphenol A, capable of continuing a stable operation for a long period of time by suppressing attachment of crystal to the inner wall of the production device in a continuous crystallization process of the production of a high-purity bisphenol A, particularly the progress of crystal attachment to the inner wall of an inlet channel of a crystallization tower during continuous operation without having influence on the operation of the crystallization process or the quality of products. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes increasing the flow rate of a crystallization liquid in a recirculation channel for a definite period of time in the crystallization process using the crystallization tower and the recirculation channel for extracting a part of the crystallization liquid from the tower to circulate the liquid to the tower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
