<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filter device that uses a permeable membrane with improved molecule exchange efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The air filter device includes: outside air flow paths 15, 22a where outside air flows; inside air flow paths 16, 22b where inside air flows; a permeable membrane 22d arranged on a boundary between the outside air flow paths 15, 22a and the inside air flow paths 16, 22b, with one surface in contact with the outside air in the outside air flow paths 15, 22a and the other surface in contact with the inside air in the inside air flow paths 16, 22b, to allow gas to selectively pass between the outside air flow paths and the inside air flow paths; an outside air bow means 23 generating the flow of outside air in the outside air flow paths 15, 22a; an inside air blower 17 generating the flow of inside air in the inside air flow paths 16, 22b; and turbulent flow generator 22e, 22f, and 22g generating a turbulent flow in at least one of the outside flow flowing near the surface of the outside air flow paths 15, 22a of the permeable membrane 22d and the inside air flow flowing near the surface of the inside air flow paths 16, 22b of the permeable membrane 22d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
